Acquisition of Timeplex LLC. Intellectual Property

Tangent Communications effective 4/15/2007 has acquired the Intellectual Property of Timeplex LLC. This includes the following:

• All Software and Schematics for the Link/2+, ST-20/1000 and CX-15000 product lines.
• All factory board test equipment, systems test equipment and testing documentation for the Link/2+, ST-20/1000 and CX-1500 product lines.
• Tangent will assume all In-Warranty repair responsibility for the Link/2+, ST-20/1000 and CX-1500 product lines.
• Tangent can offer Out-Of-Warranty repair services for the Link/2+, ST-20/1000 and CX-1500 product lines.
• Tangent can provide TV2000 upgrades up to version 12.0.

Tangent can offer the following Link/2+, ST-20/1000 and CX-1500 equipment:

• Tangent has acquired the New Excess Timeplex Inventory from Timeplex LLC.
• Tangent can provide Factory System Tested Refurbished cards and complete systems for the Link/2+, ST-20/1000 and CX-1500.
• Tangent can offer Timeplex Factory Authorized board repair for the CX-1500, Link/2+, and ST-1000 product lines.
